Through our website, software-as-a-service platform and related applications, we provide ecommerce fulfillment services for our merchant customers (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy applies to our website, and, to the extent not superseded by our customer’s privacy policies, to the Service.

We use applicants’ information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, including evaluating candidates and monitoring recruitment statistics. Data Transfers. Deliverr is based in the United States. We collect information from individuals globally and may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services or as otherwise set forth in the Privacy Policy. Whenever we transfer your information, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
In some cases, your personal information may be transferred to countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. When we share information of customers in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we make use of the European Commission-approved standard contractual data protection clauses, binding corporate rules for transfers to data processors, or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer.
